Catering cases come in half tray at 13.5" x 11" x 3" and full tray at 21.5" x 13.5" x 3", shipping 50 per bundle with a 5-bundle minimum. Catering trays run slightly larger — half tray at 15.5" x 12" x 3" and full tray at 21.5" x 12" x 3.5" — also at 50 per bundle. Party catering cases ship 25 per bundle with a 3-bundle minimum, which is the easiest entry point if catering is a smaller part of your business.

The distinction between cases and trays is depth and rigidity: trays give you more headroom for stacked or layered food, cases are the flatter format for trays of sandwiches, wings or sides.

Artwork setup is a one-time $75 charge per order. Production typically runs around 10 business days, so order ahead of a catering season rather than into it.
