Event orders are packaging at scale in front of an audience. Everything arrives at once, sits on a table together, and is looked at by every guest in the room before anyone eats.

Catering cases carry the shared platters: half tray at 13.5" x 11" x 3" and full tray at 21.5" x 13.5" x 3", 50 per bundle with a 5-bundle minimum. Catering trays are the deeper format — half at 15.5" x 12" x 3", full at 21.5" x 12" x 3.5" — where food is stacked or layered. Party catering cases ship 25 per bundle with a 3-bundle minimum, which is the right size if you cater occasionally rather than weekly.

For pizza at parties, the box range goes up to an 18" x 26" party sheet — wider than most suppliers, who stop at 18 inches. Printed cups cover the drinks, from 12oz clear cold cups up to 32oz, and handle bags carry guest portions out in four sizes at 100 per bundle.

One $75 artwork setup covers everything on the same order, so cases, cups and bags for an event programme can be printed together for a single fee. Allow around 10 business days for production and delivery.
