Custom Hot Paper Cups — Single and Double Wall

Hot cups come in two builds. Double wall cups have an insulating outer layer bonded to the cup, so they can be handled straight from the machine without a sleeve. They run 8oz to 20oz and ship 260 per case. Single wall cups are the lower-cost option, running 4oz to 20oz at 700 per case with a 3-case minimum — the 4oz size is there for espresso and tasting service.

The choice usually comes down to total cost rather than cup cost. If you currently buy sleeves for every hot drink, a double wall cup often lands close once the sleeve is removed from the equation, and it prints as one continuous surface instead of being covered by a band.

Both builds take full-colour printing. Because a hot cup is held at eye level for the length of a drink, it carries a logo further than almost anything else on the counter.

Lids are ordered separately from the lids collection. Artwork setup is a one-time $75 charge per order.
