White corrugated catering trays that support a half-size or full-size steam pan in transit.

Aluminum steam pans bend and buckle under heavy entrees. Set the pan in one of these trays and it gets a rigid base, so lasagna, brisket and baked pasta reach the venue intact. The corrugated walls also help hold heat and keep hot pan edges away from your staff's hands.
