New items follow the same rules as the rest of the range: bundle and case quantities sized for a single location rather than a wholesale buyer, a one-time $75 artwork setup per order, and U.S.-based production with regional distribution.

If a new size fits alongside packaging you already print, adding it to an existing order is the cheaper route. The setup fee is charged once per order rather than once per product, so a new size on a reorder shares the same fee.

Production and delivery typically run around 10 business days. Boxes ship flat and shrink-wrapped.
