A manufacturer, not a reseller
Avco Industries has made packaging since 1989. Our headquarters and plant are at 120 Windsor Place, Central Islip, New York, where your boxes are printed. Buying from the manufacturer means one company handles your artwork, proof, printing and shipping, and there is no middleman between you and the press.

Seven distribution centers
Alongside the Long Island plant, we hold stock at distribution centers in New York, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Colorado. Shipping from a closer warehouse is what makes a 7–10 business day production window realistic for pizzerias well outside the Northeast.

Low minimums for a single shop
Most pizza box suppliers want a pallet. Our minimum for custom printed corrugated boxes is 5 bundles: 250 boxes in most sizes. That is a realistic first order for one location, a new menu size or a pop-up. Personal sizes start at $32.50 for a bundle of 50, about $0.65 a box.
Every order has a one-time $75 artwork setup and a free digital proof before anything prints.
What we make
Corrugated pizza boxes in 14 sizes from 7x7 to 24x24, plus 12x17 and an 18x26 party sheet, with a white or kraft exterior and B or E flute. B flute is the thicker wall (about 1/8 inch) for delivery and stacking. E flute is thinner (about 1/16 inch) with a smoother print face. Our cardboard thickness guide explains the difference.
We also make clay-coated pizza boxes for sharper full-color print, single slice boxes for counter service and Krispy Crust pizza box liners that keep the crust from going soggy on delivery.
How ordering works
Choose your size, color and flute, upload your logo and approve a free digital proof. Production takes 7–10 business days after you approve it, and the boxes ship flat. If you are not sure which sizes to stock, start with the pizza box size guide or how many pizza boxes to order.
